Founders

An Executive Committee will be established and will be the governing body of the PNGTS and, as such, will be responsible for the operations and functions of the PNGTS in accordance with its constitutional mission, objectives and purposes.

The first Executive Committee called the “Interim Committee Members” (ICM) who were the original founders of PNGTS will hold office for 2 years from the date of incorporation of PNGTS. These founding members have initiated the idea of forming PNGTS and have invested their valuable time, effort and initial financial contribution to formalize create and run PNGTS.

For the purposes of recognition and posterity the Constitution of PNGTS recognize the following as the founding members of PNGTS as also members of the Interim Committee (not in any particular order):
